German Section of the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures
Sweet Briar College has enjoyed a close relationship over the past several
years with the Wayne State University Program in Munich and with the American
Junior Year in Heidelberg Program administered through Heidelberg College.
Although these two programs have been the favorites of our students, we
also try to work with our students to find the program which would be most
suitable to their individual needs. The purpose of this page is to provide
information about many programs for students to look over while planning
their junior year abroad in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Additions are
being made regularly to our list of available programs, and we welcome information
about programs not yet added to our list.
